Put yourselve in ACB's shoes. You present an offer for 4.5 shares capped at $24 when your stock is trading at 5 bucks and CMED refuses your offer. Then when your stock goes to $14.50 CMED wants to talk and accept the 4.5 shares you offered them when your stock was at 5 bucks. I would say to CMED you little Sh!t. When I offered you the 4.5 all you had to do was remove the $24 cap and today you would have $68 per share, everyone would have millions and everyone would be happy, you stupid fu*k, but only now that you see my shares are at $14.50 you want 4.5? fu*k you, be grateful if I give you 3 per share you stupid moron.
