RE:RE:RE:RE:Sorry guys I am out sherrit was my first stock 3years ago Yeah, it has nothing to do with aquisition. It is purely bad timing and it produces zero confidence in the share value. A huge issuance of shares is just mind boggling at this point and the share price is reflective of that. Why buy into a company which dilutes itself at this time? Share price will keep going down until better news comes.
