RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:167 times 2017 earningsHere is a more recent comment: We still think the drop was a bit overdone and did not view the results as negative. The company had good revenue growth on a quarter and annual basis, continues to have a strong balance sheet and still had positive earnings in the quarter. The trading sort of reminds us of Pacific Insight which fundamentally looked strong but markets seemed to not care. It then got taken over at a strong premium. While we would not speculate on a takeover at PTE, we do think it is a similar example of small-cap names with little coverage that sometimes trade in ways that may not line up with reality. We continue to like the fundamentals here. The biggest problem we see in the near term is size, where it is getting so small that some investors might just stop caring.
