Undervalued by Morning Star

Undervalued by Morning StarI’ve been following this since 3 weeks and invested before consolidation and I have strong believe this will give a strong return on long term investment. 
I just saw today that the Morningstar has 3 star ratings with fair value $0.26 (it was .$19 yesterday). Does this give any signs for share price moving up?
