The relatively high volume so far means people are taking and covering some positions. When the impact of this last update is digested, a new baseline will be set.
Most of it is still not digested. The new release didn't exactly say, BLO has finished development of their Beta 3.0 model!
You have to read and understand what they are saying i.e, they completed their development to a point where they are comfortable with the results. I am sure this means they will pass whatever standard is for this product to go to market.
It took about 6 months for the beta 3.0 and in that timespan, barely a peep about progress, so this is all kind of a shock.
This one doesn't even need pumping. They just need to now submit their results and whatever else that might entail to bring product to market. The cool part is now its time for the business and marketing side to pull their weight and make some deals and sell some breathalayzers. The even cooler part is, they were first.
