No reason for the share price to go up before. They could not publish that news (and still can't) because they don't have yet the approval from the Ministry of petroleum. But, there is probably a leak related to that coming approval. Now that D6 production has been authorized, there is no reason to wait too much. If this increase is not related to the GoI approval, then sooner or later, another SP increase will be related to it.
