So, this means they both agree that the company is worth 425 million. That is roughly 1.13 per share so as of now it is 28 % undervalued ? That is a decent return but nothing spectacular ! Any numbers that don't agree with this is make believe. Example hey guys the market will only pay 800 k for my house but I think it's worth 1.4 million based on it's future value lol good luck !
