RE:is this plant for ECS ?????More delays it would appear.  If this pilot plant works they will have to build one for Ecobalt .   When would that happen is anyone’s guess .  

Hooefully Fortune Minerals secures Financing and builds their refinery in Saskatchewan. No doubt they will be more than happy to roll process ECS cobalt.
