Thorgb1, what is the possibility that Weed or Aph might try to top Acb's bid? Acb has the right to match but if they thought the value was there, they could at least push Acb. I think the possibilty is small with a $1.1B valuation, but an all cash would trump the Acb's small cash portion.

Just a thought.
