RE:RE:RE:RE:Who in their right mind invested 50million on a sinking ship  CMED didnt want out they more or less used HIP , for lack of arguement, to slow down a hostile takeover bid from ACB. CMED and ACB have  merged, and HIP, had a conditional offer from CMED  to merger ONLY if ACB didnt buy them out which they have ,thus leaving HIP as a solo company.
