Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) operated in New Zealand and Empresa de Telecomunicaciones NuevaTel (PCS de Bolivia), S.A. (NuevaTel) operated in Bolivia. Both these segments provided a variety of wireless voice and data communications services, including local, international long distance and roaming services. The services were provided to subscribers on both a postpaid and prepaid basis.

Couple of things. Firstly hope BackWood1 is right because he said $1 in short order, but he/she also said new license and up by end of week
up end of week - check-ish (Thursday is a better gauge of end of week)
new license - pending answer
dollar $ - closer than beginning of week

BackWood1 would that be the licence from the Jan 8th release or is this something new you are refering to? if you please
