Fair points, but commercial contracts are where we differ.  I have no problem with hitting the break while locking up government deals.  Those cheques never bounce and the government does go out of business.  To me, it's priority one.  Retail/commercial can follow.

On july 19th, 2017, they announced the first contract in the food and beverage industry with LB Steaks for 5 locations, which I know for a fact they recieved basically no revenue from.  Assuming the strategy to access the commercial business market was formulated months before this first contract, it would suggest that it the past 9-12 months they have landed only one contract outside of the government contracts.  While I am not saying they can't land a boatful of commercial contracts, I think one can reasonably question why they have not signed any other contracts since July 2017.  I am not suggesting that managment is dragging their feet whatsoever.  In fact, I know that is not the case from doing own DD.  But doesn't change the fact that no new commerical contracts have been announced for whatever the reason is.
