RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:this thing is overif they do do another rights offering, meaning essentially going into a FS without a partner, anyone who bought this over 15/20 cents will never see the light of day, the tonnage of paper required to raise 30/40 mil will ensure pgd place as a true penny stock, the only way out of actually penny status then is a share roll back.  Longs need to pray to the partner gods that that wont happen.  Good luck
