Yes, this conversion will of CMED shares into Aurora shares will be done by your broker, but NOT on an automatic basis.

As a CMED shareholder, you will have the option to elect between either: 1) the all share exchange at the stated ratio of 3.4X; or 2) some combination of cash and shares subject to certain specified limits.

I assume you will have to contact your broker to inform them on which option you will be electing to take for the share conversion.
