It was the last note in the appendix because, I suspect,  the information was not impressive at all. Management own only 3% and there has been talk of insider selling recently. I wonder why?

You have no credibility in my estimation, since you appeared here only on January 20, 2018, so you have no track record of honest posting, I'm sorry to say.

Why are you here and rooting so hard for this company, and being sarcastic to sincere questioners?
