Yes, but what most of you are missing is that almost no oil stock is near it's ALL-TIME LOW! Look at all the US ones, look at the Canadian ones. They are all trading far higher then their all-time lows. Even ones with much worse balance sheets like Baytex have doubled since their all-time low.
