RE:RE:News out... Alliance Growers on ACMPR Acquisition

RE:RE:News out... Alliance Growers on ACMPR AcquisitionJust focus on the overall price tag. $8M for 100% of the company, paid at stage intervals to protect ACG capital if licensing or other aspects were to fall through.

Thinking outside the box, considering Quebec will be approving a total of 16 lisences to support the 20% share of national weed market (projected at $20B+), if biocanntech is an equal sized producer that equates to a potential 1.25% of total market. Yes rough numbers, but if Canopy is projected to get 14% of market and are at a cap exceeding 3.5B, if we are roughly 10% of their projection off quebec venture alone, we should be considered very much undervalued at our current cap, and 10% of canopy is 350M or about $9/share for Acg at current share total.

Again rough numbers, but considering Acg goes from seed to distribution they also have limited costs throughout entire process. That also equals $$$$

now add in the rest of botany clinic positives, the extracts/cbd part of the plan, and continued r&d for superior strains...

Winner Winner Chicken Dinner folks
