RE:RE:RE:Ducks are lining upI'm not sure it takes much manipulation to hold the share price down.  I took RPC's advise this AM and went to their website to look for breaking wonderful news.  I was somewhat taken aback by seeing 46 hits registered on their news release of two days ago.    This could be a $10 stock--today-- with an active and polished IR effort.
