RE:Failed MOU’s, Failed orders, disappearing Credit Facilities

RE:Failed MOU’s, Failed orders, disappearing Credit FacilitiesI missed you algonquinmine - how are you doing?  How is it up north, the weather has got to be ridiculous.  You are a smart man, your thoughts are respected.

I appreciate the long post, you brought up some interesting points that shouldn't be ignored.  Usually I address your issues point by point but I am tired now and many of these issues have already been discussed.  We will see in the couple of weeks with the general meeting.  Hey if nothing happens by this summer I will probably sell.  However if they pull off what they want to do - I don't want to miss it.  What other JV graphite companies do you suggest instead?  And yes, every investor should take MOUs with a grain of salt until it becomes finalized it doesn't mean much.  I will reach out to shamokin and see what's going on there for you.  I know SRG, Ashland and CHASM are all still good so don't worry about them.

Take care man, good to hear from you.
