on a serious note --- what percentage of the company is held internally?

Who are the big holders?  If a takeover would occur how secure are we that it wouldnt be cheap or easy? CMED great example of a low ball offer of 24/s was rejected and it finished up 60% higher final deal... What would the Share price go to before a take over would occur?  Or would other companies want to get involved in this market  if the Company seems to have good relations with governement...
