Corazon Mining Limited is an Australia-based mineral resource and exploration company. The Company is an explorer advancing the Lynn Lake Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Sulfide Project in Manitoba, Canada, as well as the Mt Gilmore cobalt-copper-gold (Mt Gilmore) and Miriam nickel Sulfide projects (Miriam) in Australia. The Lynn Lake Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Sulfide Project is a significant Class-1 nickel resource. The Mt Gilmore Project is located 35 kilometers from the city of Grafton in north-eastern New South Wales. I think the winter road issue is huge for one main reason, that being czn let it expire.  Now they have lost a huge percentage of their leverage for a loan, a jv, a merger.  Czn can not realistically reward shareholders anytime soon with bone headed moves like dropping the ball while risking all going for an all season road.  Its a single minded approach to a problem they created by insisting to de risk for a construction loan they should never be allowed to get in first place.  Its  laughable as I dont think these folks should be allowed to build a doghouse.  A mistep can be absorbed by big player, not czn.    

Like I said,  they will muddle through, I think other miners should send folks to czn to learn the long expensive process .   After spending another 10-15 million and losing another year or two a build permit will surface for roads but the only winners will be brass.  Time for new managment at a minimum.  My vote remains a buyout with stock from bigger player.
