The Math Shorters do not want you to know!Lets do the Math that Shorters do not want you to know.
At a population of 5.5 Million, Colorado achieved 1.3 Billion in Sales last year. Canada;s population is 36.29 million. That puts an estimate of sales in Canada to be around 36.29 Million/ 5.5 Million * 1.3 Billion = 8.5 billion per year upon legalization. Since Aurora is one of the big 3 let’s say Aurora gets 30% of the total revenue putting that number to 2.55 billion for Aurora. We will compare tobacco companies and at what they trade at since they are the most similar. Philip Morris trades at 21.1 Price to Earnings last year. Other companies are within the 20 range. 2.55 billion * 20 puts the valuation for Aurora at 51 Billion or about 8.5 times the current price of $13.
What does this mean?
Aurora by end of next year should be trading at $110 per stock based on CANADA ALONE. We haven’t even broken into the Europe market. Aurora also has a stake in the German market. Assuming they will have the same market share and with a population of 82.67 million that is nearly double Canada. We can safely add $220 per share to our original $110 to bring a share price of $330 by end of next year if Germany legalizes this year. So tell me. Do you think the price of Aurora at $13 is overvalued?
The thing about Aurora is that it is the most heavily shorted stock on the TSX that means millions ALREADY sold shares they do not own. They need the price to drop before it goes on a massive run. So what do you think will happen when it starts to go on its big run?
