RE:Tried to talk to ceo and they can only speak about the pp

RE:Tried to talk to ceo and they can only speak about the ppNOt sure why some individuals on this board are trying to stir fear to shareholders. The company they are after is a private business. That means there’s ZERO information out there on the business being purchased. In other words, all comments regarding “illegal” business etc are rumours and not to be trusted. This is a fact which anyone with a computer can verify on sedar or a simple google search.

Just because a company is registered in Ontario(which is a known fact), doesn’t mean they do physical business in Ontario or even Canada. Lastly, managment has a major personal incentive to do all due diligence before any purchase. Are people in this board so dilutional that they think members of managment would risk their own personal reputation and destroy their means of earning an income for practically no reason. What would they gain from purchasing an illegal business? Do people really believe this nonsense?

I hope would be investors or those thinking about selling their shares do some DD and a bit of critical thinking before committing to any decision.
