Aberdeen ceased to be an "insider" of LIX effective September 20 2016, so SEDI no longer reports any transactions or changes in the holdings from that time (5,750,000 common shares). 

If the 6,000,000 share figure above is correct, along with the cost figure of $13 million, then a take out at $2.61 would yield a $2.7 million capital gain or 20%, so I suppose they would not be unhappy with that exit.

A "YES" vote then?
