Yes, it looks like that. I am pretty sure the final decision will be favorable to Niko. If you look at how the procedural #22 ended, it is pretty obvious. But what ICSID can do against a country that refuse to follow is order? They say the country's assets can be seized if the company make their demand to a local court. But the Bangladeshis saw that coming and went already to court to produce a reverse effect that could make the local could refuse Niko's demand. But at least, that case will be over and Niko will be able to move on in India. They will get financing and join their partners into that second start. Anyway, that's what I think.
