RE:Someone Pis@*&Shorts could be throwing out a quick cover on the news. Sellers could be irritated. I dont see anything wrong with the spinout that would irritate long investors.

I dont even know why it would bother swing traders. Free shares for holding stock in an undervalued compnay is kind of a no brainer
