RE:RE:RE:Calyx Brands IncIf EAT fully acquires control of Calyx then yes they can, pending any exisitng Calyx supply agreements with existing suppliers and the clauses to break them.

EAT could buy out any obligations and stop distributing the competition if they acquired control.
