i know manyThat are overpaying for pipelines and banks along with reits
they don't look at share price , they only want the monthly distribution

goofman should know this
paying a three and one half  percent dividend would a ton to the share price allowing more capital to be lent out at ten percent plus to good start ups

this is why I stay, because an activist investor is going to get on this

i should not say this but it's in the cards as I speak

this company has hedge funds in Boston salivating over the opp. Why do you think I have not sold?
