Clearly it is only an opinion, based on heavy manipulation I have seen on many other plays and this one is no exception. That is clear by the trading today if you watch level 2. I have been trading stocks for a long time and know very well the games being played. Regardless, this play is undervalued and should see considerable appreciation in the coming months.
