RE:RE:Convertable loanJan 10 eat proposed 10million dollar debenture. 10% interest within 3 years annually. Convertable to 16.67 million shares after 3 years or SP above 1.20 for 20 days. Debt holder get total 16.67 million bonus warrants as well which can execute at 0.70 any time within 3 years.
