RE:RE:Clarification Request: Niko NEC-25 Compensation ??I also agree NKO must clarify the situation soon with a news release. I also think this whole negotiation situation with NEC-25 has be going on for at least a few years. Perhaps the 3 partners had come to a resolution on price in 2015 and were just waiting to receive GOI approval. NKO company developments could come swiftly now that the dam seems to be broken regarding the GOI new position on their gas industry. I think NEC-25 decisions may also relate to future activity for NKO concerning KG-D6.
