I agree this could be a bonanza for FR shareholders, the convert issue is only thing that scared me off for now.    An added bonus would be resolution of tax issue some time in near future.    For now Im watching,  if FR continues to drop and or spread gets wider I may jump in for 100k shares and roll the dice.
