Heritage Cannabis Holdings Corp. is a Canada-based cannabis company offering products to both the medical and recreational legal cannabis markets in Canada and the United States. In Canada, it operates through its subsidiaries, Heritage Cannabis West Corporation (Heritage West) and Heritage Cannabis East Corporation (Heritage East). Heritage West holds a Health Canada issued cultivation, processing, and medical and adult use sales license, as well as an industrial hemp license, a cannabis oil sales license, and a cannabis research license. In the United States, it operates through, Opticann Inc., an oral and topical cannabinoid company.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:WTF .....Rather than disagree with such a high valuation, I'm curious what you feel gives them such a strong future in terms of SP? They have a fairly low float, I'm not sure how many shares will be outstanding once fully diluted. They have a 37,000sqft facility to be licensed this year. I believe they have plans for another, but I can't recall at the moment for certain (I've done research on SO many MJ companies, details are beginning to blend). They have a partnership in place with a major who I feel will likely buy them out rather than compete IF Heritage has aspirations to become a major themselves. There are many similar plays out there, and I can't fathom them all reaching such lofty goals. I have 3 other holdings which I believe will reach $5-10 by the end of 2019 because of their approaches which are all different from the other (yet all well diversified). I expect 'unexpected' news coming from CANN soon, but I really don't see them outperforming a company like MMJ to such a drastic extent. Seeing as they are on very similar paths, I would like to know your take on why you feel CANN is above and beyond it's peers in the future. Share if you like, or you can ignore this post. But all investors like to hear educated opinions, and yours is no different. Thanks in advance if you decide to share.
