RE:News - Allegiant[AUAU.V] Begins Trading January 30

RE:News - Allegiant[AUAU.V] Begins Trading January 30I might have missed something here, but I don't think Columbus rased money for AUAU. What's going to happen s once trading begns, AUAU is going to go into the markets and raise that money, or what they need. What I'm trying to figure is how many shares will initially hit the market on Tuesday, and what would be a fair valuation. Is it safe to say that if Mama is birthing this thing at a 5:1 ratio, and Columbus has 150 million out, AUAU starts the day with 30 million? If so, what then would be a fair market cap? I compare AUAU to NuLegacy. In my mind, they could be financial twins! Both in Nevada, chasing oxide gold, both have vast properties, and have already identified million plus Oz's and growing. No debt on either side, cousins I say. So, what's the market cap on Nug? Cheap at $50 million! So does that mean we should be around $1.25 ?? Help! What am I missing???
