Delizia Court case

Delizia Court caseAnyone throw any light on this ongoing court case. Reason I am interested is I was (am) a Sunridge Gold stock holder. Been trying to get my pension provider to find out if the last payment has been made (held back monies).
My research suggests that Delizia has one last appeal as of Nov 2017 to Supreme Court. Appreciate this is a Nevsun board, but I think it's a shared issue and there might be some people in the same boat as me. The SGC board has closed and there is limited info via Google.
