Another cheap comment... whole country is  on his foot to battle disastrous project and you quote our "to be" friends in Armenia. Tell them why they don't send you everyday bad news they get you to read, although there are many links from media outlets about this dead project. Although in this forum pages and pages have been written about this project, if you had the willingness to read you could get the point. Neverthless, all clever investors will not stay in the project where there is such a huge resistancy and bad news everyday. Every Single they! I am sure their eyes are open now and they know now everything and will take the proper decision.
