NO HALT..Why?

NO HALT..Why?Came across this company this morning doing a bit of due diligence..Hard for me to understand the trading frenzy that was put on during Friday, 40 million shares trade hands and no news...Hard to believe this companies shares were not halted from trading by IIROC...with 130% gains being shown..I guess they have different rules for certain companies on the exchange..Happy trading with this one..
