RE:From The PWC web site.The whole bowl of wax comes down to a 23 million dollar hail Mary court insurance decision. You can bet the insurance company is going to vigorously fight Orbite's claims and a decision may take a long long time. In the mean time who is going to pour millions more of good money into this disaster to complete their Orbite's hoped fix and then as in the past few years while on the five yard line pushing to cross the goal line there is yet other technical problems?
