But i really dont think that this was all about the arbitration.  This settlelment may just be the closure that someone interested in the company was loking for if they are considering take out -- they may not be too concerned come april--- its the april date that might be the issue --- sure that they have already calculated that into the price of the buyout if there is one.   Just my thoughts GLTA
