From my personal experience growing. You should easily get 2lbs per 10 sq foot area. 40k sq ft 10 sq ft = 4000 4000 x 2lbs = 8000lbs 8000lbs 448(G/lb) = 3.5 million grams 4 harvests a year = 14 million grams a year Mind you.there will be veg rooms/mother room/ plus flower. IMO still should be easily 10 million grams a year easy with this space. We shall see!
