RE:1.63 almost 1.64 zinc

RE:1.63 almost 1.64 zincIt is somehow puzzling that the share price is where it is right now, with Zinc trading at $1.63 and january average of $ 1.55 approximately. Some folks think that Tv's share price does not appreciate more because 'the market does not believe zinc's price will sustain in the very short term'. But if this were true, other current producers will show a similar slight appreciation on their share prices, as Tv does. Does somebody has this information? If other current producers show a much higher appreciation on their share prices, then we can rule out that the cause that impedes TV' share price from getting higher is because market's not believing in zinc's price susteinability. If the above is true, the cause will be more related to internal factors. I suspect that the long track of TV's management of misachievements in what they promised plays a big role on impeding TV's price from getting higher. Any information on this? Any opinions?
