Fwiw.........

Fwiw.........Alxdf closed at usd .0801  =  cdn .0988   (boc 1.2335 close)

Alxdf made 3rd consecutive higher high; no trading for 5 hours after opening trade.

Azx traded in a narrow half-cent range, steady trading through the session

Even with a lower pog and gold indices down substantially, alxdf and azx performed beautifully today.  Three things stuck out in both stocks:
1. bidders weren't shy in their interest -- very obvious both stocks were well bid;
2. another day of lower stairstep volume -- opposite from "panic" selling in gold indices;
3. friday's lows (now support) held -- very important.

Bottom-line:
What happens tomorrow?   Imo, there's very evident pent-up demand.  The market senses something is about to come down the pike.  The trend is your friend.  That being the case I think momentum may push us thru today's highs (resistance) at least intra-day.

So we'll see what happens.  Stand your ground in markets and in life, folks.   Jmvho.
