Initially I thought Colorado was the most likely place to be to get started on their business plan but as time progressed I didn't like the way it was coming together or not coming together might be more appropriate.  The Colorado deals seemed to be acts of desperation to coat-tail on somebody else's achievements to impress the gullible.
I had an inkling that EAT was trying to pull the wool over everybody's eyes the way the whole thing was set up and sure enough the chickens came home to roost.
The licensing people called bullchit and what-ever we had going there seemed to hit an invisible wall.  Kind of like a lot of other associations that we forged.
The best news and most hope for this company is California and Jim Frazier imo, who knows the difference between right and wrong and is trying to move rapidly on California and leave Colorado behind for what the market will bear.  It looks to me like Palo might be in the drivers seat as the legitimate licensee and profit taker in Colorado or possibly another unknown entity.  
I have my hopes pinned on California and I hope we can survive Colorado and flourish in California where there seems to be somebody more astute in the drivers seat.
