My Humble Take on Things, FWIW

My Humble Take on Things, FWIWHey Mates, For the past 8 mos. I have been very suspicious of what many have termed MPV price manipulation. It has been hard to figure why a producer so profitable in its early months of full production would be trending down, with ANON often on the Sell side. By the same token I could not, for the life of me understand why a small explorer could maintain its share price close to the range that a full producer was trading in. As many small shareholders of KDI were bailing over the same period, ANON always seemed to be on the Buy side. I was always aware that the TIGs were big shareholders of both companies, having taken down the lion's share of financings (and associated options). Now, after reading the NR today, as a long term shareholder, and one with a sizable position in MPV - having blown out my KDI dividend shares back in the Fall of '14 - I am getting a little concerned. The TIGs may now have sufficient shares in MPV to effect a hostile takeover, and not at a share price that most of us would normally accept, but which we as minor shareholders may not be able to stop. I hope that I'm wrong, but we may be heading in that direction. Some on the board may well consider this a far out conspiracy with little likelihood of happening. I hope you're right, and my concerns are for not. Time will tell! Cheers, Brit
