RE:Potential Market Cap

RE:Potential Market Cap
Your missing about 11 million shares. Fully diluted there will be 37 million shares. Using your model that would give you a$364 share price. For my modeling purposes I am using the $3 per gram profit level and a 12x multiple on profit. I then discount the US holdings by 50% because of the legal issues. Assuming they get the Canadian license and after they have reached full capacity in both facilities (2-3 years) then I think their market cap will likely be 6.75 billion. If the US comes around on legalizing pot then all bets are off and I can see Sunniva at a 10+ billion market cap. Obviously like the whole industry right now it will remain volatile and subject to big swings that could take the share price higher or lower then where it should be.
