But, it covers an entire state, upgrades the account to the cloud platform and is worth just over $50,000 per year? How much are these clients going to be willing to pay to upgrade to blockchain? Sure HS never lost a customer but when you get a great service for next to nothing, why would you leave? I would be interested to see the cost of acquisition per customer and the cost to service that account long term. Do they actually have any competition and is there not some pricing elasticity in the equation?
