Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Horrible Management

These guys can't even be truthful and tell shareholders how badly they will be getting screwed. The range of screwing is between 1 new for 2 old, to a maximum of 1 new for 15 old. Does anyone really believe the 1 new for 2 old ? I don't have much stock but I will vote NO. I would vote yes to a change of management.
