Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:Deal Too Low!!!!

RE:Deal Too Low!!!!No, not just your opinion. I share teh same sentiments. I was able to grab that day the PP was announced, so it was all gravey for me. $7.50 worth of Aphria is not worth it. First of all, EVERY LP in Canada is Wayyyyyyyyyyy overvalued. Some say the pot stocks will cause a market crash, so hang onto cash for the month of November. There are billions of dollars that are short. How in the feck is Canadian Tire only worth 2x Tweed? insane valuations. The deal might still not go through...84% of NUU shares are under lock up agreements and those men do not want 10-15 dollar Aph shares
BigShares wrote: Aphria keeps boasting what an amazing company Nuuvera is with all there International businesses and connections and how this aquisition will pave the way for Aphria to become a world leader. Then I ask why didn't Nuuvera negotiate a much better deal for it's shareholders for such a valuable company. The easy money has already been made for APH shareholders  between $2.00 - $ 20.00, it will be much more difficult to obtain great share appreciation at this point. Only shareholders with high share count will really benefit. This is not a good deal for the average Nuuvera shareholders. This deal will truly benefit APH as a company not the Nuuvera shareholders. We would have benefitted much more with Nuuvera as a stand-alone company and have the shares appreciate gradually to $ 10.00 - maybe even $ 15.00 with our original share count not our newly proposed reduced share count. To win in this game you need strength in numbers the more shares you have the more money you make.
Nuuvera is a precious Gem and with their International Licenses it will allow APH to go from being a National Company straight to International. Nuuvera shareholders are not being fairly compensated.

My opinion only do your own D.D.

Thank you
