Nos. 1 and 2 probably won't mean much to you unless you are an Afriag Global shareholder and familiar with the history of its alleged 40% investment in the equity of Afriag Pty and subsequent reporting of revenues and profits for Afriag Pty. But they will shock Afriag Global Plc shareholders.

No. 3 is self-explanatory and not good news for anyone...unless it results in the return of GB £1.326m to Afriag Global Plc shareholders and/or the legal restoration of their ownership rights.
