Corporate Bonuses
Does anyone else think it is ridiculous that management is taking bonuses at all given current stock/fundamental performance? There was a good post on the old PHM board a while back that detailed how bonuses were paid to D&G. They were substantial and burdensome to say the least. Furthermore, substantial bonuses (600k I believe) are to be paid out to a D&G holding co should the stock ever be listed on an exchange other than the venture. I think that this is why the company neglects to do so. I really do believe in the capability of this firm, but management has to put shareholders first. Lets wait until the company has a year of solid financials under its belt before paying out large material bonuses to management. The D&G bonuses act like an anchor on this firm, and I don't think anything positive will happen for shareholders until they expire.
